REFUND POLICY

This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Cancellation and Refund Policy” or “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Undersounds Entertainment Pvt Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a corporation organised and existing under the laws of India, with its head office located at 1/22, Vishwash Khand Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, 226010, and any person (“User”, “your” or “you”) who accesses and uses pravaas.co.in (the “Website”) by checking a box agreeing to all the terms and conditions, agrees to this Cancellation and Refund Policy.  

You are required to read and accept this Cancellation and Refund Policy, before you may use the Website. By visiting, accessing and/or using the Website, we understand that you have fully read, understood, and accepted this Cancellation and Refund Policy. In addition, when you use any current or future version of the Website or check a box agreeing to all the terms and conditions, it will constitute a symbol of your signature. 

Please read our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy carefully, which may be found at pravaas.co.in/privacy and which is incorporated by reference into this Cancellation and Refund Policy. If you do not agree with this Cancellation and Refund Policy, you must stop using or accessing the Website immediately. 

You hereby acknowledge and admit that you have read, understood, and accepted to be bound by this Cancellation and Refund Policy, as may be modified by the Company from time to time. Any amendments or variations thereto shall take effect from their date of publication on the Website.
 

  1. CANCELLATION OF WEBSITE SERVICES 

    1. All cancellations must be made via written notice to the Company at support@undersounds.in

    2. The cancellation for any booking made via the Website is subject to the Company’s approval. The Company may, in its sole discretion, not provide the Website services to a User, or cancel a confirmed booking for any reason.

    3. There may be terms and guidelines that govern particular features, offers or the operating rules and policies applicable to an event. The User shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms and guidelines or operating rules and policies of the event for which the User has booked a ticket.

    4. In the event that any of the terms, conditions and notices contained in this Cancellation and Refund Policy conflict with the additional /other terms and guidelines of an event, then the latter terms/guidelines shall prevail. 
       

  2. CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY  

    1. We reserve the right to cancel your booking for an event in case of Unavoidable and Extraordinary Circumstances, or failure by you to pay the final balance. Unavoidable and Extraordinary Circumstances means a situation beyond our control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all reasonable measures had been taken. 

    2. If the Company reschedules an event, User will have the option to either transfer the ticket to the same event at the rescheduled date or have a full refund of the amount paid for the event ticket, excluding the payment gateway fees, or to hold the amount paid for an independent event registrable in the future.

    3. If the Company cancels an event, User can either have a full refund of the amount paid for the event ticket, excluding the payment gateway fees, or accept an alternative event ticket from the Company if the Company is offering one.
       

  3. CANCELLATION BY THE USER

    1. The event tickets are non – refundable unless an event is cancelled or re – scheduled by the Company. 

    2. If you wish to transfer an event ticket or any other service that you have booked, you must notify to the Company in writing, to the email address provided in this Agreement, at least one (1) week before the date of the event. The transfer shall take place at the sole discretion of the Company. The Company will not be liable to refund the ticket amount if the event ticket is transferred from the User to another individual.
       

  4. REFUND   

    1. Refunds, if any, will be processed to the banking instrument of the User (credit card, debit card etc.) from which payment was made for booking the website Service. 

    2. Timeline, for all refund amounts, will be driven by the respective bank and payment gateway provider timelines.  

    3. The decision on refunds shall be at the sole discretion of the Company and shall be final and binding.
