WHAT IS AMAYA?
Nestled amongst untouched pine forests in Kasauli, lies Amaya, a boutique retreat designed by award-winning architect Bijoy Jain. It takes inspiration from the surrounding village Darwa.
HOW DO I GET THERE?
Amaya is easily accessible from all major cities in the country with direct flights into Chandigarh.
It is a 1.5 hour drive from Chandigarh and a 6.5 hour drive from Delhi.
Amaya is located near a village called Darwa on the outskirts of Kasauli, Himachal Pradesh.
ACCOMMODATION & TICKETS?
The Second Edition offers both Residential and Non-Residential tickets.
The Residential Tickets include accommodation at Amaya.
The Non-Residential tickets give you the freedom to stay at any accommodation of your choice.
There are various options to stay as close as 5 minutes from the venue. Recommendations: Estate 5, The Woodside Villas, Hashtag Kasauli, Mehar Villa, 7 Pines, Embrace Himalayan and plenty of Airbnbs.
HOW DO I COMMUTE IF I AM STAYING OFF-SITE?
To discourage drinking and driving, we have partnered with a transportation provider. All attendees must use the transportation providers cars to gain access to the event. Following the purchase of a ticket, you will be provided with a contact number to pre-book your vehicle on direct payment.
Only those with residential packages will be allowed to bring their private vehicles. Anyone holding non-residential packages and staying nearby must use our transportation providers cars to be permitted entry. This service will be available 24 x 7 upon pre-booking.
WHAT ARE THE TIMINGS?
Gates open at 3:00 PM on 13th May, 2022. The event ends on the morning of 15th May. You are recommended to arrive by the 13th noon into Kasauli and leave anytime after the morning of 15th May.
ARE THERE SINGLE DAY PASSES?

CAN I TRANSFER OR REFUND MY TICKETS?
No. Once tickets are purchased they cannot be refunded. However, you may write to us on firstname.lastname@example.org if you have arranged for someone to transfer the tickets to. This will be at our sole discretion.
WHERE TO EAT AND DRINK IF I HAVE A TICKET WITHOUT THE CULINARY JOURNEYS?
Plenty of options and arrangements will be available at Amaya.
CAN I BRING MY OWN ALCOHOL?
No alcohol bottles will be permitted inside the event or the hotel premise. Bags will be scanned upon entry and any alcohol found will be confiscated and destroyed.
WHAT FORMS OF ID DO YOU ACCEPT?
We only accept valid government ID’s (driving licence, Adhaar card, pan card, passport) If there is a name on your ticket, you must provide a valid photo ID to match this name. Please note that we cannot accept expired or out-of-date forms of ID. If you are not able to provide a valid form of ID, you may be refused entry to the premises.
WHAT IS PRAVAAS’ SUBSTANCE POLICY?
Pravaas operates a zero-tolerance policy on drugs. Anyone found with illegal drugs will be banned from the venue and reported to the police & any other concerned authority. Furthermore, anyone found to be asking for drugs or offering drugs will also be banned for life & handed over to the concerned authorities.
IS THE VENUE WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY?
Unfortunately, being a hilly property, the event is not wheelchair accessible.
CAN I BRING CHILDREN?
Our entry policy is 18+ & children will not be allowed into the event premises.
CAN I BRING PETS?

Pravaas has a zero-tolerance policy to any form of harassment to all our customers. If someone is making you feel uncomfortable then please notify a member of staff, they are all trained to help you.
HOW CAN I FIND SET TIMINGS FOR THE ARTISTS?
We’ll have the finalised times mentioned in the itineraries that’ll be sent to you via Email and/or Whatsapp message to your registered Email ID and Number. Please note that set times are always subject to change.
ANY POSSIBILITY OF GROUP BOOK DISCOUNTS?
WHAT WILL BE THE ENTRANCE POLICY?
All tickets will be checked and scanned on entry.
Searching is a condition of entry to protect your safety and that of other visitors.
All persons entering the venue are also governed by the licence conditions and are liable for searches by security staff.
Full body and bag searches will be carried out before entry is granted. Any refusal by the ticket holder to comply with such searches may result in refusal of admission and eviction from the venue without refund or compensation.
It’s mandatory to provide either of the following to be permitted entry:
Proof of double vaccination with QR Codes. The second dose must be taken at least 15 days prior to the event day.
An RT-PCR report stating you are Covid Negative, sampled no less than 48 hours prior to the event start time of 3:00pm, May 13th.
We would be sending out a link to submit digital copies prior to the event. All guests will be required to submit the same digitally as well as produce physical copies upon check-in.
The event capacity is strictly restricted to 200 guests only.
If mandatory covid precautions are not being adhered to, we reserve the right to refuse entry or eject you from the event.
Thermal screening will be conducted upon entry.
All guests are required to wear appropriate face masks & other personal protective equipment at all times.
Social distancing & other appropriate measures must be adhered to by all guests at all times in the event premises.
All guests are required to adhere to all government rules and regulations/guidelines relating to Covid 19 and the same will be applicable at the event venue.
